All custom sales are final. Merch Dog LLC is not responsible for missing stitching, holes, stains, or discolorations in the garment. Merch Dog does not manufacture the blank garments and cannot be held responsible for identifying all stitching errors, snags, tears, or minor stains prior to printing. Merch Dog is not responsible for delays in shipping caused by any carrier. Customer is responsible for reviewing and approving all proofs prior to production. Once a proof is approved, Merch Dog is not responsible for errors including spelling, layout, colors, or sizing. Merch Dog mixes ink colors based on Pantone (PMS) codes using a strict formula to ensure color accuracy. If Pantone codes are not provided, we will match inks to the best of our ability based on the supplied art files. Colors may still vary slightly from what appears on screens or proofs due to differences in monitors, garment material, and ink. Merch Dog is not responsible for slight variations in color. If items need to be duplicated or replaced, we will work with you to resolve your individual situation. Payment is required in full in advance of printing and ordering blank apparel, unless other payment terms have been agreed upon in writing.

The rate charged for shipping is based on the weight of the product and your location. Signatures are required on orders exceeding $10,000.
